no call, no show. is what the violation is but they claim I worked on my day off. its a bytch to get points removed at this shytty company even when their done in error.

Are they saying you switched your days up? Like you were schedule off one day but worked and on a different day you were scheduled, but didn't show up?

Just one of those bad days of baking.

Not baking but tried making mozzarella but it would solidify since i dont have a spatula soft enough to form it into around ball. Of course my rubber spatula decides to snap in half when I need it

Cant even bake burger buns without something fukking up

Already threw one bad dough in the garbage because for whatever reason it would not come together when mixing up in the stand mixer.

Thankfully the second try was a success. And rising now.

nah they never provide explanations had a co-worker who works in that department say thats what its for, hopefully it gets removed once hr returns from vacay if not ima hit the road.

You definitely have to create a schedule for yourself. I used to check in for two hours, off two hours on a slow day, but if I had something to do or meetings, I would block off the time. Whether Onsite or remotely, I would block out 2 hours of my day and an hour for lunch. It controls when I’m available for those dumb ass meetings.
