So no house....as expected, people show their ass when money and assets are involved. Cousin passed...Everyone in the family voted to give the house to me...but in legal terms next in line is wife, which he didn't have, kids, which he didn't have, then parents and siblings. He got a sister, my other cousin. She decides she wants to look into "other options"
Also mentioned how I could get a 10k loan and give it to her....for the house...which was supposed to be free since its in the family

On another note, the family feels terrible for lil bro....him and his girl broke up. And she gave him the classic "I wanna try something new" shyt. So we all know she found a new nikka, him included. He basically tried to be the perfect boyfriend, treated her like disney movies tell you to treat them, and it wasn't enough. But I tell him, unfortunately thats how the world work. People will always sacrifice others to benefit their own self interest. You think you being the perfect boyfriend and it still ain't enough. And the shyt hurt...but you gotta move on and most importantly stay strong. Don't let a failed situation define your life.....shyt happens, and will continue..but good will too.

Get the house and take a 10k loan out against it if you can't get it another way first. $10k for someone to wash their hands on the claim of a deed sounds like a great deal to me. It'll pay for itself in less than a year.

Yeah, it's a sad world we live in unfortunately. I'm serious though, come up with that $10k however you can, idc if she doesn't even have any right to the house. I'm usually staunchly against ever touching my 401k before retirement, but shyt, in this case I'd make an exception without even second guessing it.
