Sometimes I just reflect back on life, from different points where I got from point A to point C, or regressed from point D all the way back to Point A. Theres been so many situations that I know I only got through by the grace and mercy of God.

Laid off in August, new job making more two weeks later. Boss asked me to apply for a promotion last month. Went through the panel interviews the last few weeks. Received the offer letter today. I got the job. And not just that. I’m going to be bringing home an additional $2000 each month because of the salary. I’m doing what I love. I was happy with my salary as it was. To have this? I can’t even begin to say how blessed I am.

My boss and I both cried when she handed me the letter. Ive worked hard but it’s truly that God took one closed door and moved me through multiple openings, each one bigger and better.

Thank you God, it is only by your grace and mercy.
