Yeah. These couple individuals trying to start communication aren’t it. Teaching myself to dead shyt at the moment of a red flag and not look for the good in others.

hopefully this diligence rewards me with someone who’s just as interested in me as a person and looking to find a connection as I am.

My own peace of mind is more important than trying to find something in someone that very well might be poisonous

My son’s barber just upped her price to $20. He don’t even get a full hair cut, just a lining and taper on the sides. He’s an 8 year old.. damn it. I like her, because I hate going to male barbers or regular barbershops. They always try to get with me. The last year has been so easy because I don’t have to worry about that... but I don’t know if I can pay her that much for a haircut. Not even because I don’t have the money. I do, but his haircut ain’t worth that amount. I either pay for my sanity and peace of mind not having to deal with thirsty brehs, or go back to regular barbershops that charge $8 less. *sigh*

Two words for you, ma..........dread locks.

You won't have to get robbed every couple weeks. Just gotta get 'em touched up every other month for like $40.

Hell, you could do them yourself, save that bread every other month and bond more with your son that way.

I hate to tell you though times done changed and most barbershop prices have or are going up. $20 is a lot for a kid's cut but I think it was like $12 for when I was a kid. That's the costs of a barber trying to stay in business.

The barber I deal with now, I been riding with him since I was 16 and he finally went up on his prices about 2-3 yrs ago.

Your sanity and peace of mind are worth way more than $8. Pay it for now and never tip her again. You can also be on the lookout for other barbers, but don’t cut it off just yet until you’ve found another place. Also a new barber could jack his hair up...worth way more than $8 too.
