I constantly run into this problem when organizing my Plex media server database, the server gets data from the TVDB database and it has to be an exact match for what they got or your shyt will give you all types of problems. And since a lot of torrent files come in [example] format that mean you gotta change all that shyt, and its a mess when working on television series.Just spent the last 45 minutes troubleshooting this scraper issue with Kodi.
Was trying to add Diary of a Chambermaid from 1964 to my library. It's a french film but that's the english title and this scraper can handle english titles for foreign films. Problem is, there are AT LEAST 3 other movies with the same title so the scraper is a little...confused.
Couldn't get it by regular scraping so I typed the name and year in manually, got nothing.
Tried just "chambermaid" and got a link for the "proper" name and year so this should be straight, right? This was actually a link to the film from 1946.
It kept giving me that no matter what I tried so I had to Google solutions while trying to rename the file for 45 minutes. Turns out, I had to type in the french name and choose the link that had 2010 beside it for the proper info (english title and all)...even though the movie is from 1964.
I'm going the fukk to sleep
Who or what dropped this?
Still trying to figure that shyt out myself.Who or what dropped this?
