I've been shown that my physique isn't functional at all.
It's embarrassing being able to throw up respectable weight but not be able to do a set of headstand push-ups. And also needing to use a wall because my balance and overall control of my body is so fukked.
I'm changing up, so I'm not fukking with weights seriously and my focus is going to be calisthenics and yoga. My legs are naturally muscular so all I have to do is run and variations of air squats to keep my lower body up. I like being slimmer anyway, from how my face looks to how my clothes fit.
I can do bodyweight exercises almost anywhere, but I'll still be up in LA fitness.
