man, i'm starting to feel "adult frustrations" toward the youth. i'm trying to nepotism my nephew into a role at my job. chick on my team needs a growth marketing manager, she's willing to teach the person everything, no experience or degree required, just a desire to learn the space. growth marketing managers make about 50-70k early on and can easily hit for 115-130k at the 5 yr mark. this dude didn't go to school, currently waits tables and dj's sometimes, breh has no long term plan at all and is fronting on this role. on top of that, this is a role that i see a lot of gig or remote work for meaning he can set himself up with a skill that he would be able to work on his own terms (if he only wants a project at 20 hrs a week, it's an option, if he wants to be remote, it's an option). smh man...wish he would smarten up :cantblife:
