They say your always the hero in the stories you tell. I had an epiphany about myself, this girl that I refer to on here from time to time as my wife.... I used her to get ahead in life.

Did I love her, yes. But not like she needed because i never cared to make the connection with her mentally, instead i tried to placate her insecurities with expensive gifts and vacations. I was sitting here feeling nostalgic about a love not only didnt really exist but I created to get what I wanted. And I'm not really sad about our relationship not working, Im sad about her seeing who I really am.


Dont matter though, she was rotten to me as well and we deserved each other, i have no remorse.

I’m home. The trip was somewhat of a success. Didn’t focus on what I used to when I would travel. Just enjoyed the views of the city, ate some local spots, and vibed it out thanks to Mary Jane.

Some slip ups, but I bounced back. My next move is learning to not be so scared to try dancing. Always been my biggest struggle spot when it came to confidence. I just hope I have it all together before I hit my 30s.

Someone you were using to advance should have been “rotten” to you. That’s kind of how it works. You don’t get to use someone AND have them treat you well doing it.
