The US Government needs to be weakened internally and kept dysfunctional in accomplishing domestic prerogatives whilst retaining the power to project force internationally.
This serves a great purpose of making the citizenry feel secure while in reality, they are at the greatest risk of attack at this moment in time. Considering Russian movements and operations regarding high yield nukes near important fault lines off the US coastline..one has to wonder if we're rapidly approaching that crossroads to where that illusion of security fails.
It will fail, it must fail as prescribed.. however, the military power of the United States must be preserved at all costs regardless of how many of the citizenry die off in the various confrontations and ongoing natural disasters during this small window in time.
The final expectation is that the population of the US will reflect that of Germany's once everything is said and done. The west coast will be inaccessible, the country will retract back to its size as it was in it's infancy as the thirteen colonies. Major humanitarian missions will ensue and a lot of the population will be relocated outside of the states as most of the land will be destroyed by the projected failure of the many unattended power plants and fallout. The US Government has already planned for this and has agreements with the E.U., Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, and a few West African countries (for the immediate relocation of the remaining black americans.).
