@Gold I remember you was asking about environments to conduct tech interviews a while ago. My Job been using CoderPad with hangouts to videochat. Hangouts also let you Screen Share so the person you interviewing can use the IDE on their machine and you can see them live coding. Its a good tool for out of town candidates or if you dont have space in the office
