That’s the wrong approach.

You just have to make time. Unless you work 20 hrs a day. You have time.

I WORK OUT AT LEAST 4 days a week. I guarantee my job is more stressful and has more responsibilities, but I make time.
I work about 16 hours a day. We all have our reasons for why we do it :yeshrug:

I need a serious break from life.

I don’t want to die but I definitely could use a pill that will allow me to sleep for a few months. :francis:

My everything is tired. Mind, body, soul, heart, spirit.....


Good health is taken for granted by those that have it.

Lord knows how many people see me laughing and smiling every day and have no idea how hard it was for me to even get out of bed.

Focus on your diet and squeeze in quick workouts when/if you can. Some squats, wall sits or even dips with a chair. Resistance bands are helpful too.
I think my issue is form, I’ve hurt myself several times doing exercises incorrectly. I just need to juggle my day. Seeing a dietician soon
