Inadvertently hearing or seeing something or someone that takes me back to that traumatized place has to be one of the hardest parts of living this life.

Minding your own business and then being hit with a wave of emotions that you can't control. No one or nothing should have that type of power.

I could probably use some sort of therapy or counseling BUT, like most of our kind do, I'll cry my tears, suck it up and continue on like it never happened until I'm reminded again.
