People normally come in two different configurations, Breh. That's it. Unless you need to be exclusively friends with men for reasons of your own choosing, I don't see why it's so weird to have friends that happen to be female.

Now the type of female you befriend is an entirely different matter, especially if she's only there to mooch your resources without the expected remuneration (sex), but that should be a known factor that us as men should be able to handle based on prior experience that we learned from, or at least should have.

With that being said, I don't hold any "worthless" females in my small circle of friends. If me and a broad don't break bread, she an acquaintance.

I become friends with people based on shared interests. My interests are decidedly niche and usually male interms of the demographic it's geared towards. None of the women I've slept with and are friends with have proved useless to me. On the contrary they seem more willing to assist me due to past intimacy. My singular female friend who I've never had sex with isn't useless either but we met initially through business so I already knew that we could assist each other.
