A child's imagination is everything.

My 4 year old daughter told me that I put too much food on her plate.

She feels that if she eats all of the food on her plate that she will blow up like a balloon to the point that she will pop. When she pops, her bones will fall out and she will deflate into a pancake. Once she has become a pancake, her older brother will then pour syrup on her and eat her with his milk for breakfast.

I really did not know how to respond to this. I should be more careful about how much food I put on her plate going forward I guess.
