I’m usually up at 4am. 4am-6am is”me” time, I try exercise, journal, figure out my day or read...I need to do more exercising though. Then my day officially starts around 6am.Thats early beloved

But tbh its not and im happy my ass can wake up at 6:30-7 with minimal problems
I get shyt done easier


I just prefer to have those hours to myself so I choose to get up earlier. I've been slacking, but the times when I was exercising 6 days a week my days were a lot better. I felt more focused, so that's something I want to get back to, but even when I don't exercise, writing and reading early in the morning allows me to organize all my thoughts and I also use the time plan out my day.
