Life is cause and effect. What ever action you take will have a equal reaction. But the trick is understanding that the reaction is amoral. It isn't inherently good or bad but merely the sum of your past actions. Meaning it doesn't care if it hurts you or if it helps you. It's only fulfilling the sum of your actions. So therefore I think it is wise and prudent to becareful and fully think out your actions. Know that everything you do has a price and you must be willing to pay that price. If you cut your arm you will bleed. If you don't eat you will starve. If your are frivolous with your mind you will lose it.

You are the sum of your actions. You aren't what you think you are and you aren't what people tell you. You are the sum of your decisions. It isn't anyone elses fault for your life, depression or whatever else you blame your personal failings on. So becareful in your actions. Because life will give you what you work for and it doesn't care.

I hoped i made sense lol

I think the reason so many people are unhappy in life is because they look for the wrong things. A lot of people have fukked up priorities and lack willpower. I also think a lack of structure is also a major factor too but that's another train of thought. People spend their youth chasing a relationship, a career or a what ever personal success that they think would validate their existence. We tell ourselves we need certain things to be happy and because we don't have those things we become depress then sink in negative ass cycle. But why do we do that to ourselves? Why do we place conditions on our existence? I have a theory that if we just live instead of trying to live then people would be happy. What i mean by that is instead of putting a condition on being alive just be alive. Don't say you want to make 100k a year before you take a vacation. If you want a vacation then do it. I don't mean be frivolous but do the work for it. Look up deals for cheaper flights and hotels. Look up cheaper alternatives. Money just makes things easier but with human creativity anything is possible. You don't have to have some bullshyt to be happy. Cause tbh nothing you think matters actually matters. Life isn't about bills, jobs, or whatever else. It's about living and doing what brings you joy. It's about making the sacrifices to have what you really want. I know some people may think it's unrealistic to think this way but I think thats how we were meant to live on this crazy earth. I'm young and unattached so maybe it's easier for me to feel that way. But again I hope this makes sense

I'm not a self defeatist. I noticed Thats a common trait a lot of people have they count themselves out before they even have a chance to see what they can do. Thats never been my outlook on life. I have unshakable belief in myself. I truly feel i can do anything. I just have to pick my path and follow it. I have to commit fully.

Sooo yesterday, i decided to work out in my own home. I did some cardio and walking (i used to be an avid walker back in my day) i didnt hit the 3 mile walk i was aining for. I only got 1 mile in and it was getting pretty late.

So in total, i did 30 minutes of exercise...not bad, i could do better in time.

And yall, i slept so much better than i ever did in months :blessed:

I got my water intake back on track and trying to cut out sugary snacks and chips still. Thats a process. Food wise, ive been eating healthy frozen dinners this week until i go to the grocery store saturday.

Ugh, the change is sooo hard, but im proud of myself for at least doing something about it. Little steps at a time.
