There’s another one that had to get cut off. Bye 4ever. Know when to talk, what to talk about and who you’re talking to. “Know your audience” applies to one on one conversations, duhhh. I wanted to know you but you kept saying the wrong shyt. DONT be annoying af.

Rather read a book rn anyway. It’s more interesting.

I don't know how people take naps, fukks up my already fukked up sleeping schedule

Learning that the hard way. If I don’t take a nap- I’m cranky and tired; but if I do, I can’t sleep at night. Rather take a nap and deal with the consequences later. I’m a night person anyway.

I'm so proud of myself.

I bought a weighing scale, and I ain't gonna lie - I was shook to even step on it - But how would I know if I made progress if I didn't?

So, I stepped on it...

And to my surprise, I lost 6 pounds in nearly 2 weeks. I've been counting my calories and doing intermittent fasting. (9-5 on weekdays), drinking lots of water.
As well as eating 1 cup of fruit every day on weekdays and only eating yogurt parfait in the mornings. I also haven't been to the gym just yet.

I'm still trying to eat healthier than I currently am. But I'm happy I'm making progress! :blessed:
