Don't be so hard on yourself. I completely understand what you're going through. Do you travel often now? If not, maybe try adding that to your list of things to do. You also expand your options for dating. I wouldn't rush it, if I were you, it can be an overwhelming amount of responsibility.

Get reeally healthy and you'll be fine. There's plenty of people that don't have a kid by then nor have they been married.
