fukked around and watched this shyt in its entirety so what he was saying pretty much is how I felt about "life's purpose" for a long time. He talked about how things on this planet have to take from another source in order to sustain themselves in the animal kingdom we see this take form as animals having to kill each other just to live and if they're not killing another animal for their source it's vegetation. 
And also he pointed out something I noticed too that from the time we're born you're in the process of dying and we're all living to die someday also he tied that in with humans in the western world spending majority of our time working, so you're dying to work.
But halfway through he kinda got pseudo, got into some new age stuff. He said he stored information into shapes using sacred geometry. Got into telepathy a bit too, and alluded to reincarnation initially at 22:24 and then again at 41:40 using the term "cycle" and saying memories are encoded into our dna.
And at 37:26 -40:54 this nikka completely lost me don't know what the hell he was getting at honestly. Going to try to find a source for it.Buddy also got into how frequencies and tonal sound produces certain shapes.
Good video I took something out of it still not really into polight but was drawn in by that title when I'd seen in on youtube.
