Modern console gaming

I copped the Definitive Edition of the '16 Hitman that dropped this week. I got 26GB of patches/DLC to install after installing from the disc.


With Steam, it's all digital so it makes sense, but for a console...the fukk do I have the disc for if it requires all this?
