This guy has literally hit me up twice a day, EVERY day, for the past week. I finally responded today and he has nothing to talk about.

just be flat out tell him the interest is not there for whatever reason...some brehs just have no feel for a situation...or just give him a chance to meet up in person to make his case some shyt just can;t be expressed between phones...
