I spent the last 4 almost 5 years in retail. So when ever I try to apply for a job outside of retail. I'm getting rejected letters left and right. One thing they always say is that they chose to go with candidtes who experience align with the position

It's starting to come to a point where you have to lie on your resume just to get a job. Just don't lie enough for you to get caught tho.
