Long winded rant warning

People minds now a days worry me

So this club in my town is going to have Lil Flip perform . So about a month ago some dude at my work told me that Do or Die and Twista performed in a city kind of close to me, and I was because I didn't hear or see anything about it. So this morning when I saw that Flip was going to be performing, I posted the info for it on Facebook just in case there were folks possibly interested in going

First Reply was this middle aged white woman I know, who in my opinion the only rap she might be aware of, and at any point ever listened to was Eminem. When I posted the Flyer for the event, she wasn't even on my radar for a person who would be remotely interested in this event. In an oft chance she has even heard of Lil Flip, she still for a 100 % fact was not going to be in attendance .

However she replies: Who?

And I'm sitting here wondering. Why does she even care? Just out here talking on facebook to talk on facebook

So then another girl responds, and this one is even funnier She reacts with one of those " this is hilarious" smilies, and responds with " I don't know who this is"

So since she's kind of in my age range I post the video for " game over" and I'm done with it.

So I'm curious as to why these 2 women who don't know who Lil Flip is, took time out of their morning, just to post they don't know who Lil Flip is. My thing is if you don't know said artist, and are not legit interested in said artists music, why be non productive and post nonsense in something you're clearly not interested in?

What is your mind frame, and what is going on, that you are willing to go out of your way to complete an action that absolutely in no way, shape or form advances your life, all before you have even eaten breakfast ?

The irony of their responses, is they both stan this local typical white boy reggae band, that has been around for a long time, and pretty much stays local, and does show for all the old snow birds at local eateries

I wasn't even looking for an opinion nor was wondering if anyone has heard of Flip. Just letting folks know " hey if you're interested" here's the info
