ah haaa, bootsie (bootsy) is definitely old school bay slang. it means weak/wack...

as for how people in the bay sound, i think too short, yukmouth, richie rich, keak, and 40 (sob x rbe on the younger side) give you a full circle of how the average black person FROM the bay sound. of course bougie blacks, hotep blacks, backpack blacks sound different, but hood - middle class sound like them when chillin with the homies
