Just bought a couple watches from Amazon, got some new shoes earlier today, gonna get some new polos tomorrow, and *probably* sign up for a new gym.
Tackling this new opportunity head on. And jesus housing SUCKS in the city unless you want to live in a shytty area with no opportunity.
My best bet might be paying off all my debt and car, then getting an apartment, and just worry about increasing my hustle and save for 5 years to get a home in an area
I desire. There are a metric ton of foreclosed homes nearby going for cheap (relatively) but I gotta do more research and make a decision by mid-summer. So many expenses
for a home and I just wanna be fully committed when the time comes.
