Yes and no. Sun exposure causes us to produce more melanin which is technically our built in sunscreen but overtime it leads to sun damage. A lot of the issues I have with my skin such as unevenness, milia, and texture are a result of me not using sunscreen so I’m going to be more proactive in keeping my youthful glow
