I cooked for a politican tonight. He said the food was so good he'll be back on Saturday. He was shocked when my black ass came out the kitchen. People expect me to be some skinny ass white guy, but when they see me they're shocked. Low key I picked this career field because I can act however I want as long I'm professional and produce a high-quality product.

All black men should work in trades and start businesses. Not conforming to the white socio-political standard is liberating. To know I can make as much money as I want while presenting myself as I want is fukking freeing. My food speaks for me. I stepped it up this year too, I'm focused on everything being perfect and the same. I've been killing shyt lately and the reviews i'm getting on my food are humbling.
