It worked for me when I'd cook more often than once a week like you said. Being a bigger dude I'm used to eating the same foods over and over, but best believe I ain't eating no dry old ass nasty food. It makes everything so much harder when you don't even wanna eat the damn food.

My cheat code is Oven + Food Steamer + Skillet. Good luck to you.
Ok so you don't cook a bunch of things at one time?

It just gets pretty stale after awhile. But I have some short, easy workout meals to keep the blood flowing.

Tuna and salad so far just to put energy back into my body after a workout. It is not easy throwing together a menu but Ima get through this. Thanks for your response.

Overall.

Make it a lifestyle. I do have a goal in mind but it doesn't end there. Just came back from the store I think I did pretty good for a start.

So here it goes...
