I just got back from my AM workout. I almost threw up while lifting my bike. I realized I haven't eaten in a long time. The last thing I ate was a bite of a sanwhich I made so I wouldn't have to throw away food scraps. At the end of my service I make sometihng out of the kitchen scraps no matter what they are. I usually give it to the guests and call it a chef's special, it's always free!
Anyway, I got to eat man. I'm losing all my muscle mass. LMAO I lost all my muscle mass because I slipped back into my old habits and stopped eating hella food and lifting. I'm not fat. I'm just skinny again. I'm getting a haircut and I'm shaving.
I'm changing up my whole look since I'm getting tatted up. All new wardrobe is on deck, I'm going to start wearing glasses again, and I'm going to accept that I have the body of a retired athlete. lol I hate it, but it could be a lot worse man. I looked at my graduating class on IG, and gahh damn, everybody is fat and they look tired as fukk. Except for like 10%. 5% look better.

I'm hella excited man. I think my look through my 30s is going to be Joe Budden meets the old Whiz Kalifa mixed with hot boys Lil Wayne. Hood rich will be my look. Polo, Beast Mode, Bosk, and Vans all day.
