I no called no showed for the past week

Ocassuonally I have a manic depressed episode that lasts a couple of days to a week where I turn into the most depressed person out of the blue. Always happens at random like every couple of months between each. I can feel it switch in my mind both coming down and coming back up after like a week down. All of the sudden my mood will just change back regardless of what's going on outside.
