I'm just trying to make permanent changes to how I eat. Maybe get sombre discipline from fasting.always remember it's easier to fail your way to success with fasting than it is learning to diet.
You'll learn to appreciate taste better.
I've only passed out from working out too hard once.Try intermittent fasting first before you jump on that heavy load. I don't want you passing out and going to the hospital. Always research first and know how your body reacts to certain changes.
