always remember it's easier to fail your way to success with fasting than it is learning to diet.
You'll learn to appreciate taste better.
I'm just trying to make permanent changes to how I eat. Maybe get sombre discipline from fasting.

Try intermittent fasting first before you jump on that heavy load. I don't want you passing out and going to the hospital. Always research first and know how your body reacts to certain changes.
I've only passed out from working out too hard once. :ehh:
I'm just trying to add to the weight loss repertoire.

I dunno if debating style is an indicator of governing style. I like Chidoka too.
True but we don't know them well other than what they've done so far so it's hard to guage property except obiano which I thought was capable but he can't seem to defend his works adequately. Only osita defined it clearly at least within debating protocols

The past month of my exercise regime is finally starting to show results.

I can finally see and feel and my abs for the first time in my life, hard work and discipline really does pay off:mjcry:

It's a bit hard to understand but if you ever get to the point where you can consistently put up 72 hours a week, you'll begin to understand that fasting is freedom, and it's only the beginning...

True. I'm gonna fast by not eating after 6 or 7pm. Cut out late night eating.

A little advice. Mentally prepare yourself, make sure you see your day through the perspective that I am not going to eat anything for x amount of hours and nothing will get in my way.
Don't do anything extraneous, your body doesn't want you to be a hero and it will shut that shyt down with the swiftness.
Don't be scared of dry tongue, it means you're doing the right thing.
