I'm okay now. It's that that it took me completely off guard because it happened when I fell asleep out of nowhere and then woke up suddenly. It hasn't happened in a long time.

The reason why I mentioned it even though I probably shouldnt have mentioned it is that many people don't understand that shyt or anxiety. It doesn't make anybody weak or crazy if they have one or experience anxiety. People in general tend to judge unfairly and assume things about someone that may get a panic attack. I know how to manage my anxiety. It's that in this case, I was sleeping and it happened randomly. Managed to calm my ass down and went back to sleep. Lol.
