Real talk. This is some serious advice.
Choose your friends wisely and use your head. If there is anyone that has your back, make sure that it's your own. 1 good friend is better than 100 fake friends. Know the difference. If your friend tells you to do some stupid shyt or encourages you to do some stupid shyt that isn't in your benefit then they aren't your friend. Sometimes the people who you think are your friends are the same people that are hating on you, jealous of you and want to see you fail. They will pretend to be happy for your success but will tell you how to ruin your life and go like you're going the right way. Make sure those people you stay the fukk away from. They will watch you fall flat on your face and then disappear on your ass when you need them.
I see this often and smh. I know that if someone really has your back, they will never tell you to do or encourage you to do something that will hurt you. A fake friend will tell you to quit your job without having another job on deck or will sabotage your relationship because they want to get with your date. A real friend won't tell you that shyt. Make sure that your circle ain't fukking you up. That's why it's always a good idea to not always surround yourself around people and see who is who because sometimes shyt ain't what it seems.

I was making bad decisions, risking my freedom and life thinking I was helping a friend but had to realize a real friend would never put me in that position
