Global dimming by chemical ice nucleation has helped keep the Earth artificially cool.. those pretty "cloud" streams in the air that you see are aerosols..laden with heavy metals like barium and aluminum...metals that are electrically conductive and that can be influenced by radio and high powered microwave frequencies.. weather control.
Folks would be shocked to know that temperatures should be much, much higher globally at the moment..so much higher that major and widespread droughts should be a common occurrence. Unfortunately, weather manipulation can only go so far.. this man made intervention in keeping the Earth stable will fail.
Does this look normal? At all? Look at Alaska!?
A majority of the US population lives on the highly urbanized East coast, it would be imperative that resources be expended to keep the climate regulated to keep seasonal experiences intact for them. Unfortunately, this isn't the case for the west, most notably, California and Nevada.
There's a dark motive behind all of this but west coast folks will feel it themselves soon enough.
