I see why her and Prima get along so well.
I read the story.
Let me get this straight:
23 y/o Miss Ponder is driving to WalMart.
An a$$hole named Beane cuts her off on the road.
I'm assuming they meet in the parking lot and the CAC says he was teaching his 14 y/o daughter how to drive and she cut Miss Ponder off.
Ponder tells him that it's illegal for his kid to be driving that young anyway
The CAC responds by calling her a "Black bytch"
She probably cusses him out and goes about her day shopping at WalMart.
When she's ready to leave, the CAC and another fat friend are waiting for her at the door.
Turns out Beane is a district School Board trustee and his fat friend is the off-duty chief of police, Crews.
Coincidentally, Crews saw his buddy getting bytched for being in the wrong and a young, Black woman standing up for herself like she had rights.
Crews decides to detain her, I'm guessing to teach her a lesson about having proper respect for massa.
Ponder calls her lawyer immediately & explains the situation since it's obvious none of the other CACs in the vicinity are gunna do jack shyt to help.
They quite visibly cart her off to the station to be detained.
But apparently, they went even further and decided to turn the detainment tinto an arrest & charged her with- get this- "Evading Arrest"
They charged her for attempting to evade an arrest which wasn't even an arrest but a detainment executed by an off-duty, out-of-uniform cop.
Everything else is in the video.
But get this, when the video leaks and it turns out miss Ponder is a pre-law student at Texas A&M and the 2016 Miss Black Texas US Ambassador, the shyt REALLY hits the fan.
A month later, Crews eventually has to resign in order to calm the public outrage and in his letter he says
"I made an error in judgment fueled by years of stress on the job. This was not race related, I just felt disrespected as a an officer "
WAIT, it gets better:
Crews was immediately hired as Assistant City Manager a job that pays even more than CoP.
Meanwhile, the CAC who actually committed a crime, Beane faced absolutely 0 repercussions for endangering his child, himself, and the general public for illegally allowing a minor to operate a motor vehicle on a public roadway.
Yo @The Mad Titan , I'm sorry bro but your country's legal system is a fukking joke
