You can't get surgery on your hands. That is genetic, whoever you are talking about.

You haven't met most trans people. That's a misconception. Plenty have dainty frames, small hands, small feet, slim jaws, no visible larynx. You're used to seeing certain types in media, while the passable and/or stealth ones go undetected and live somewhat normal/boring lives.
