Legs tonight:

Warmup with dynamic stretches and the hip add/abductors
Back Squats
Leg Press (45 degree)
Leg Extentions
Leg Curls

Cable Crunches
Jump Rope

Similar work out patterns for legs but I don't do the leg extensions.

I substitute that for dumbbell lunges. Your list is impressive.

Yeah I would hit lunges but the gym is packed (waiting on the power rack right now)
