Mayor Duggan is more so worried about building up downtown Detroit than the residential areas because I guess he wants to bring in businesses to invest. What good is that when the neighborhoods look like shyt?

Got another promotion. I have to have my performance reviewed by my boss, which consists of my superiors finding little things they want me to improve. It's annoying, but I that's the corporate game I'm playing.

From my other reviews I learned an enthusiastic response is what they want when they suggest little changes.

Low key, reviews are where I learn what shyt is being talked about me, I'll hear every complaint made about me during a review.

What's funny to me is I know everything they'll say already because people tell me everything. My job is to act surprised and concerned.

I don't mind professional development it's just business.
