Most frustration from boredom I believe arises from our constant fear of missing out.

This is true for me as I dont want to be the boring, unexciting guy in the room.

I try to keep up with so much at once I stress myself out.
I've been trying to find new shyt to get into to entertain myself at home.

So far I've listened to David ruffin for the past hour
I just need to find new shyt on YouTube. Maybe even get off there for a while till it feels new again.
