Soooooooo I almost passed out in the gym just now. Ran three miles so I can meet my ten mile quota for the week. That wasn't bad. It was that fukking suana. Told myself I'll at least stay in for fifteen minutes. I was feeling very motivated and really into my playlist so after twenty minutes when I stepped out everything was a blur
My hearing went dull, I saw spots, my legs felt like noodles and I prayed to God I wouldn't fall out in front of all those people especially on the crossfit side
Slowly made my way to the car and that's where I'm still at trying to recover
