I didnt say she doesnt have fans strictly for her music but there is a big part of her appeal because of her weight and how proud of it she is. There are better musicians than her who dont get the same attention

Of course there are better musicians that don't get the same attention. The same could be said for most mainstream artists. She makes pop, crossover type music. That alone allows her to reach larger audiences. I don't even like today's pop music but Lizzo's music is tolerable.
