"Spamming comments in a live stream" is a very specific metric but game companies change shyt all the time because of feedback. Just this week tekken 8 announced an emergency patch to a previous update because of feedback. Microsoft derailed their entire Microsoft Kinect platform because of feedback. At least somebody gets it. When is the last time a company ever changed policy and referenced people spamming comments in a live stream as the reason why? Never. The Wii U came out. People wasn't feeling it. They spoke in a way a corporation understands and in about 4 years there was a complete turn around.
This shyt works for games more than almost anything.
