I’m not interested in that sort of stuff. I haven’t made an attempt in about 13 years and I doubt I ever will again. Just not for me.
My rent is $670 for a 1br apartment in a lower middle class apartment complex and for a $35K car I pay about $152 a month cause I put 70% down. I live in a low cost of living area where for $220K you can get a pretty solid home.
670 here will either have you in a sundown town or liable to have ur porch shot up annually.

Again I don’t have to live here. It’s a choice. Part of living below your means is making decisions like that. Having things that aren’t as nice as the things other people who are broke have.
And no somebody moving in today is not paying $670 they’re paying at least $820. My rent is so cheap because I’ve lived in the same apartment for over 14 years so my landlord gives me a better rate for being a good tenant and remaining here. Hell $30 of that $670 is for the pet.

If I ever were to date a woman would need to meet me where I am in life. I have my own place, my own car, no kids, 800+ credit score, minimal debt of under $10K and $8K is a car loan $1.3K is on a 0% credit card, no student loan debt while I don’t own a home my net worth is approaching half a million.
That woman has better options than me. She can date someone wealthy. Maybe that sounds sexiest but it’s true. People date within their options.
I’m not interested in a debt riddled college dropout hood rat with 4 kids looking for a simp to upgrade her. Having sex ain’t worth dealing with that and I hate kids.
