Honor Club was worth a skip through this week - they replayed Danielson Vs Kenta, don't think I'd seen it before and it was

There's def something else going on there. Starks had multiple start/stop deals before this particularly noticeable one, and I imagine it has to do with him being very tight with Cody and going to multiple WWE events with him in Cody's bus while heavily featured on AEW TV. He's definitely jumping to WWE at first chance and that's been obvious probably since even before Cody went back. WWE for years even when there was no competition would bury whoever was on their way out. AEW seems to just not use them and let a contract run out. I kind of think AEW's way is better, but you could also still get some use out of these people without being petty dikkheads and trying to diminish their value before leaving.

this the promo tho the whole thing could've been done better. wish her well tho cuz she deserves it but i feel like more closure was needed. hopefully she can move past that and keep doing her thing. and hopefully stoke can link up with private party or whoever and do his thing as well

I wonder if Danielson taking a long break was a factor for Jacobs because he's really close to Dragon, who I think was the one that gave him that job after he tried to do it for a week and was like "nope, call Jimmy he can do this shyt better than I can".
I also wonder how long he's been out of creative and if this past month of struggle has been due to him not being there to point TK to the less horrible direction (and sometimes even the good direction)
