Also the deal isn’t even just for one tv show. Of course it wouldn’t be anywhere close to $185 million if all they were signing on for was Dynamite on TBS.

There is no point. Even if NXT achieves those ratings consistently which they may, it's a great show and it's broadcast TV, the reason it's a lot cheaper is because it's The CW network which doesn't garner the same advertisers as the Warner Bros. cable networks.

And furthermore, Warner Bros. owns 12.5% of The CW which means this "bad business" notion is actually the same....business lol.
