When youre consistently booked to look inferior you will look inferior. Punk has been booked consistently like he's second rate and look what happened? Its not his fault. We havent been given a reason to care since Nash Jackknifed him. Thats one FULL year of horrible booking. The Paul Heyman thing came too late to alvage what was already a near 300 day title reign. Had they booked it more like JBL's reign where even as a heel he is the focal point we would have a different story on our hands.

you dudes are missing the point. they trying to sell us like he having some historical reign that's going down in history, like he's some "great" and this generations star and our Steve Austin of this age.
if he not reaching hall of fame status with all these dudes giving him rub WHEN IS HE GONNA DO IT, WHAT IS HE WAITING FOR? THE ROCK came back from Hollywood and trying to make this guy believable, he's just not on that level and I question if he ever will be.

Punk's run is just an old school heel champion run. The reign may have not started out like this in the beginning but because he doesn't draw as a face the E tried to switch things up. All of this is leading to hopefully an epic match at Mania where someone will take the title off him and the crowd will go crazy because the evil heel's reign of terror is over. Or they can have him continue to keep the belt and drive everyone crazy which is ok with me because it's not another Cena title reign or putting the strap on a piss poor heel reign (ie Del Rio or Miz).
