I find out what I want, and why I want it. I get really detailed in why, and I don't limit myself if it's something that seems vain or undesirable to others. IDGAF about what others think in these situations. The why is important to me because I can attach emotions to it as well. This is the most important part. It makes it easier for me to imagine how it would feel to get what I want.

This process also involves how. I don't judge my current circumstance, I imagine I already have what I need to get it done, but it's good to know how it can be done. And I act. I act all while visualizing and thinking I already have it.

With these in mind, I can spend the time while going to bed dwelling on what ever it is, rather than dwelling on a fukked up day for example.


It's like playing make belief without the judgment that society has with their jokes and doubt.

Writing something is a good idea. but I don't... because i'm constantly thinking about these things. And I've been doing it for so long, It's becoming automatic when my old ways come creeping back. I beat depression with this sort of imagination.... real shyt.

Appreciate the positive message OP but tried this a lot on the lottery and other stuff with no luck. Borrowed The Secret from a friend, did vision board and also a lot of youtube videos on this but no success so far and that was years ago. I stay open minded because when absolutely nothing is working you need to be ready to change up your approach to life.
