They dont give them enough time, it's like "we'll try but if it doesn't do BIG numbers then we shyt it down". Seems they dont give us the "let's see what happens in season 2" chance.

Yeah sitcoms and I agree, they don't give Black Sitcoms a fair shot often times.

Its half and half, you just have to watch it. I enjoyed it to be honest. I dont have a beef with TH that much I just hate that she keeps getting casted in the roles that she does.

We know that she isn't a comedian she's may just be being herself or as you said a stereotype but what I hate is that someone wont just allow her to not be that person.

In Night School she actually showed some signs of being able to do something different but they had to have her still "have that side".

I really enjoyed season 1. It actually worked better when they towed the line between drama and comedy, but I been a fan of Tracy for 25 years so I'll follow him wherever he goes.

I tapped out 3 or 4 episodes in season 1

ehhh I watched about 3 episodes, I just dont like Trace Morgan's humor, I can never tell when hes joking, I just dont like his delivery.

Watched the first couple episodes and they were alright. Hopefully it picks up with him and the food truck.

Some of the flashback stuff with Shay was solid.
