Either way this is out in a few days so when y'all see it in motion it'll jog your memory a bit. I played TLOU on PS3 back in Feb when left behind came out and I remember how it looked. not to mention the framerate.

Impressions:

Oh man, it looks so amazing in motion. The live streams and pics do absolutely no justice to the game.

The animation is so fluid when at 60FPS and the textures are so gorgeous to look at. You can even see Joel's individual chest hairs IN GAMEPLAY!.

Those newspapers and books you find scattered around? You can actually read what they say now.

It's pretty solid. I haven't noticed any frame drops EXCEPT when during extremely heavy particle effects and lots of movement is happening, which only happened once at the Bloater fight in the gym, when there were 2 runners and the boater was using is projectile attack and I threw a molotov and nail bomb at the same time

During that part, it dropped to may be 50-55.

The shooting, smoke, and blood effects have been improved slightly.

The water effects are amazing as well, but they act unstable with moss on them:

There wasn't this much hype when the PS3 version came out. Find a new game to stan please.

there wasn't because no one knew how much piff it would actually be.

1. it was released in june of 2013, ps4 was due out in months
2. even tho it was ND, stans don't really fukk with new ips like that. real gamers do
3. advertising, there wasn't much but real psheads knew what time it was
4. u already know this shyt to be fact, but u still throwing shade on the citizen kane of gaming.

It was one of the best looking titles out when it dropped for PS3 but breh I also game on PC. Going back to TLOU after months of 1080p/60fps gaming was slightly jarring. I may be exaggerating a bit with the comment but it didn't look as nice as the games I was playing on PC or even PS4.

Now that it's being properly remastered for PS4, we can see the game the way it was meant to be envisioned.

I don't mean the game is meant for PS4 as in a ground up title, I mean you can properly see how they probably wanted the game to look thanks to the hardware of the PS4.
