Well am up to the abby part and the game is still tame not a bad game by no means but its like a solid 7/10 so far 15 1/2 hrs in

Was this really considered game of the year? Cuzz to me it aint better than ff7 remake

They did a very good job acting wise, graphics wise, detail wise, and the gameplay was improved.

The story messed up the game, but it was still very good and I still think about it after beating it weeks ago.

I felt FF7 Remake was better too.

Exactly,graphics gameplay is improved etc but something is missing..again i havent beaten it but 15 hrs in i cant say it has blown me away story wise or gameplay, even with the improvements.

Man, there were parts of this game that physically exhausted me. Just a brutal, brutal game. Gonna be several years before my next playthrough.

I’m not. Story isn’t good and makes no sense if they’re trying to sell a “revenge plot” theme. Also, considering Abby eats up a lot of game time we don’t see much character development with Ellie compared to Joel in the first game.

You were right. The story wasn’t as good as the first one and they watered down Ellie in favor of Abby.
